Associate Attorney - Trade Secrets/Non-Compete (Remote, California)
Our client, a national law firm with 40 offices and more than 500 attorneys is currently seeking an Associate Attorney - Trade Secrets/Non-Compete for a remote opportunity in California to work with our Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice.
- Requirements:
- 5-8 years of restrictive covenant & trade secret litigation experience
- Experience litigating restrictive covenant & trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, deposition and discovery
- Admitted to practice law in California
- Reside in the State of California
- Travel required
Base Salary: $175,000 - $250,000 + Bonus
