- What You’ll Do:
- Represent clients in immigration matters before USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA
- Prepare and file family- and humanitarian-based petitions (VAWA, U visas, etc.) and manage removal defense cases
- Coordinate strategies with a collaborative team of sharp, dedicated professionals
- Draft and review briefs, cover letters, and case filings
- Stay ahead of legal developments and identify solutions to complex issues
- Uphold the highest standards of legal ethics and client care
- What You Bring:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active Bar license (any U.S. jurisdiction)
- 2+ years of experience in immigration law (Bonus if you’ve handled humanitarian relief cases)
- Multilingual? Even better (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese are a major plus)
- Strong writing, speaking, and organizational skills
- Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence to serve a diverse client base
- Leadership mindset, business acumen, and relentless drive to serve justice
