- Developing and executing advertising plans and strategies to maximize sales and profit
- Conducting market trend analysis and competitor evaluations to inform product assortment planning
- Coordinating promotional activities and managing vendor communications to drive business growth
- Assisting Buyers with product development, financial planning, and system input
- Generating reports to analyze category metrics and inform business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong financial, strategic, and planning skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Performance-driven individual with superior leadership skills
- Flexibility and resiliency in a constantly changing environment
- 1+ years of merchandising experience preferred
