About the position

The Convenience Partnerships Associate helps steer the company's effort to adopt and partner with retailers at all levels of the sector. You will lead the relationship with merchant partners on a daily basis and help their businesses accelerate to new levels. eCommerce is expanding, and bolthires is making meaningful strides to become a leader in this sector. You will report to a Manager, Convenience Partnerships. We expect this role to be flexible in terms of time spent remote, in-office, and traveling to visit merchant partners.

Responsibilities • Engage partners in growth strategy conversations (i.e., adding more stores to bolthires, increasing same-store sales, growing sku assortment, etc) • Designing marketing and promotional campaigns for new, returning or churned customers • Analyzing insights on consumer behavior, shopping patterns, and business trends to inform growth • Work cross-functionally with our Product, Operations, Marketing and Strategy teams to ensure merchants have the best possible experience when using bolthires’s services and to ensure we’re prioritizing the right features for our Merchants, Dashers & Customers • Leading special projects to drive operational efficiency for your partners Requirements • You’re Curious -- You love digging into low levels of detail to extract insights • You’re Strategic -- You love to find the win-win in develop novel agreement structures to grow business with partners • You’re Impact Motivated -- You have a natural desire to improve the overall business • You’re Resourceful -- You are happy juggling many priorities concurrently and being creative with solutions to move fast • You’re Collaborative - You enjoy working across teams, both external and internal • You’re an Owner - You step up to drive projects forward with minimal supervision and enjoy project management and prioritization • 3+ years of account management, consulting, banking, or strategic partnerships in technology or high growth / early stage startups • Bachelor's degree required • Business Development and/or Partnerships experience leading weekly calls with key stakeholders, determining the needs and wants of merchants, prioritizing them by impact on the business, and working to co-create solutions • Experience with analytics and presentation tools to prepare Quarterly Business Reviews • Proficiency in analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, SQL) Benefits • comprehensive benefits package to all regular employees, which includes a 401(k) plan with employer matching • 16 weeks of paid parental leave • wellness benefits • commuter benefits match • paid time off and paid sick leave in compliance with applicable laws (e.g.
