Job Description
Amica Insurance is a mutual company that prides itself on creating an inclusive and supportive environment for its employees. They are seeking an Associate First Notice of Loss Representative to handle claim reports, explain coverages, and set expectations for the claims process.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with new and existing claims
- Involvement with roadside assistance and glass programs
- Training will be provided
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Required to obtain state insurance licenses as needed and meet continuing education requirements
- If you reside in the state of Idaho there is an age requirement of 21 to apply for the license
- Regular evening, weekend and holiday coverage as dictated by business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Outlook
- May be called upon to handle additional job duties
