KPMG is a leading advisory firm that offers opportunities for career advancement and personal development. They are seeking an Associate in Forensic Technology to support clients with eDiscovery work streams and maintain client satisfaction through effective project management and communication.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in the delivery of end-to-end eDiscovery work streams with an emphasis on culling in robust eDiscovery platforms like Nuix, Reveal and Relativity and migration of ESI into eDiscovery review platform Relativity
- Understanding and use of eDiscovery best practices, processes, and procedures for the processing
- Participate in presentations, demonstrations and training of KPMGs products and services to prospective clients as well as offer recommendations for effective project management, help determine and implement the appropriate workflow and services for an eDiscovery project, respond to request for proposals and generate budget estimates
- Implement proficiency in and utilize the various tools available to KPMG for collection, data processing, hosting and production during the life cycles of an eDiscovery project for clients
- Maintain regular contact with KPMG team to manage expectations of clients to help ensure client satisfaction and report project progress as necessary, both internally and externally
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Skills
- Minimum one year of recent experience working on the evidence discovery management processes
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent related work experience
- Basic and/or advanced knowledge in Nuix, Relativity/RelativityOne, Reveal, Brainspace, SQL, Python Storage management/Infrastructure Management and any other eDiscovery platforms/tools
- Familiarity with the litigation discovery process and experience with various eDiscovery processes and technologies and large-scale document review and production
- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with various levels of management
- Experience using litigation support applications and/or forensic collection tools
- Exceptional client service and follow-up skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Preferred certifications include Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Relativity Review Specialist (RRS), Nuix Certifications, and Reveal BrainSpace
