Description:
Seeking a motivated Associate, Loan Fund Accounting to join NFF's Finance team
Responsible for tracking and reporting loans receivable transactions
Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring reconciliations
Collaborating with various departments to promote compliance and transparency
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan servicing or accounting at a commercial bank, credit union, or CDFI
Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with high proficiency in Excel
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
Strong relationship-building approach
Self-starter who takes ownership
Flexible, adaptable, and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
