About the position At Cracker Barrel, we take pride in serving those who serve our guests. As an Associate Manager for SEO & Online Brand Reputation, you will develop and implement organic SEO strategies aligned with business goals, conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, and monitor SEO performance using tools like bolthires Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. You will also lead blog strategy to support SEO and brand storytelling, manage online reputation, and own the bolthires Business Profile strategy across locations.
This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure a holistic search strategy and to track performance metrics related to organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and online reviews. Responsibilities • Develop and implement organic SEO strategies aligned with business goals • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like bolthires Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs • Perform keyword research to identify high-value opportunities • Maintain and optimize keyword lists for various content types • Lead blog strategy to support SEO and brand storytelling • Coordinate with writers and designers to produce engaging, optimized blog content • Monitor and report on online reviews across platforms • Develop strategies to encourage positive reviews and manage negative feedback • Own bolthires Business Profile strategy across locations, including optimization and post creation • Work closely with the site content team to align SEO goals with web content • Partner with the organic social team to amplify SEO-driven content • Coordinate with paid SEO/SEM teams to ensure holistic search strategy Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 3-5 years of experience in SEO and/or online reputation management • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., bolthires Analytics, etc.) • Strong writing and editing skills • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress, etc.) • Excellent communication and project management abilities • Familiarity with local SEO and multi-location business listings Benefits • Competitive Annual
