Yardi is a pioneer in the property tech industry, seeking a motivated Associate Marketing Specialist to join their RentCafe Marketing Support team. The role involves building client relationships, supporting digital marketing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their marketing strategies, goals, and unique needs, building strong, consultative relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor by offering fresh ideas, recommending best practices, and guiding clients on available marketing features
- Translate client vision into actionable plans that support their digital marketing success
- Assist with managing design projects from concept to completion, working closely with Yardi’s web design team to communicate the client’s vision and achieve timely deliverables
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Desire and ability to learn basic HTML techniques
- Understanding of design and branding principles
- Time management skills
- Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to group knowledge
- Ability to communicate across teams in a friendly and cooperative manner
- Strong project management skills related to design projects
- Client consultation skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with content management systems and knowledge of digital marketing best practices and social media
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to completion within established deadlines
- Familiarity with modern marketing platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior digital marketing experience
- Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of UI/UX
- Knowledge of Google Sheets
