Publicis Groupe is the third largest communications group in the world, and they are seeking an Associate Planner to lead the team in transforming the video landscape through innovative strategies. The role involves collaborating on projects, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality planning and buying for clients. Responsibilities Staying up-to-date on the latest video offerings in the marketplace spanning national & local linear TV, streaming video and addressable TV, meeting with vendors to discuss product roadmaps and agency wishlists, building deep partner relationships, etc Promoting a culture of shared learning and increasing visibility of video expertise within the agency Delivering high-quality planning & buying for clients, serving up a smart, thoughtful understanding of how video can achieve (and exceed) objectives and goals, using data & research Establishing operational processes & executing with flawless attention to detail Partnering with Precision teams who will handle digital execution and campaign maintenance, working cross-functionally to spread video knowledge and establish continuous communication with the activation team A willingness to learn about and embrace local formats like local TV, radio, and OOH - which our team often advises on in addition to national video Skills A four-year college education (preferably with some agency/marketing work or internship experience) An awareness of the video space - you are inspired by the rapid changes happening within it - and have a hunger to learn Exceptional communication skills - you're skilled at working on a team, and problem solving and being flexible so you can roll with whatever challenges arise, client or internal A strong, proven ability to teach analytic skills to others, developing, encouraging, and inspiring them to grow Willingness to travel as needed - you're open to new places, new faces and new ideas Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, bolthires Gemini, DALLΒ·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation Benefits Medical coverage Dental Vision Disability 401K Parental and family care leave Family forming assistance Tuition reimbursement Flexible time off Company Overview GroupeConnect specializes in digital strategy, communication planning, branding, content development and social media marketing services.
