About the position As an Associate Property Engagement Platform at Hilton, you will be part of a dynamic Technology team focused on deploying innovative consumer-facing technologies in the hospitality sector. This role involves supporting the deployment of Hilton's new Property Management System (PMS) and engaging with hotels to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform. You will work closely with the Global Deployment & Change Management team, reporting to the Manager of the Property Engagement Platform, to facilitate training, data migration, and system configuration. Responsibilities β€’ Communicate and engage with hotels leading up to migration. β€’ Configure and build the system database. β€’ Export guest and financial data from OnQ and import into Hilton's new PMS while ensuring both systems are in balance. β€’ Set up hardware and system interfaces. β€’ Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support. β€’ Assist in special projects and ad hoc property support assigned by the Manager and/or Senior Associate. Requirements β€’ Professional work experience in Technology or related field. β€’ Work experience using Hotel Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily. β€’ Solid understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS, and interfaces. β€’ Domestic and international travel up to 80%. Nice-to-haves β€’ Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience. β€’ Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field. β€’ Two (2) years of work experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily. β€’ Proven track record as a successful systems installer. β€’ Knowledge in point of sale systems, networking experience, desktop support, Linux, XML, Basic SQL, JSON. β€’ Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems. β€’ Bilingual.
