About the position As an Associate Property Engagement Platform at Hilton, you will be part of a dynamic Technology team focused on deploying innovative consumer-facing technologies in the hospitality sector. This role involves supporting the deployment of Hilton's new Property Management System (PMS) and engaging with hotels to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform. You will work closely with the Global Deployment & Change Management team, reporting to the Manager of the Property Engagement Platform, to facilitate training, data migration, and system configuration. Responsibilities β’ Communicate and engage with hotels leading up to migration. β’ Configure and build the system database. β’ Export guest and financial data from OnQ and import into Hilton's new PMS while ensuring both systems are in balance. β’ Set up hardware and system interfaces. β’ Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support. β’ Assist in special projects and ad hoc property support assigned by the Manager and/or Senior Associate. Requirements β’ Professional work experience in Technology or related field. β’ Work experience using Hotel Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily. β’ Solid understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS, and interfaces. β’ Domestic and international travel up to 80%. Nice-to-haves β’ Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience. β’ Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field. β’ Two (2) years of work experience using Property, Sales, or Revenue Systems Daily. β’ Proven track record as a successful systems installer. β’ Knowledge in point of sale systems, networking experience, desktop support, Linux, XML, Basic SQL, JSON. β’ Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems. β’ Bilingual.
