You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end fulfillment process, from coordinating with the procurement team to handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric mindset. The Associate, Rewards Operations will be responsible for: Support the end-to-end rewards fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of rewards to customers. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and redemption centers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of rewards. Track and update inventory levels, flagging low stock and supporting the Procurement team to maintain adequate supply. Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address inquiries and resolve escalations related to reward fulfillment within SLAs. Maintain fulfillment performance data and assist in generating reports to provide operational insights. Assist in identifying areas for optimization to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure fulfillment processes align with company policies and applicable regulations. Work with teams such as procurement, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth operations. Provide support for weekly team updates, KPI tracking, and resolving blockers as needed. In this role, we are looking for someone with: Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business administration, operations, or a related field. Fluency in written and spoken Hong Kong Cantonese is a must to work with local stakeholders in Hong Kong, along with strong English communication skills. Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills to handle data Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in using fulfillment and inventory management software. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-discipline and time management skills. Embraces a startup culture and thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and ownership of tasks. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative and flexible approach to work, able to contribute effectively as part of a team.
