SS&C is a leading financial services and healthcare technology company headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut. They are seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to support the Eclipse Client Services team, where the role involves handling service requests, managing client projects, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance the platform's supportability and quality. Responsibilities Handle and execute service requests, triage and diagnose incidents, and assist with daily operations for the platform Own client projects working with hedge fund custodians/administrators, as well as internal projects working with R&D More experienced consultants are expected to train associates, act as an escalation point, and handle more complex or nuanced projects Skills Bachelor's Degree 1-3 years of recent and relevant work experience with similar functionality (Financial Services, Investment Technology, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)) in a technology or client-facing role Familiarity in related subject areas such as Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar Technology troubleshooting skills and interest in technology and software support Ability to learn new processes, products, and support tools quickly Communication skills, and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users Understanding of financial markets and related processes Experience collaborating with Software Development teams to facilitate Product Supportability, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Request Fulfillment processes Experience training employees on a growing team Understanding of project management best practices Benefits 401k Matching Program
