Job Description
Core Therapy is a growing remote group practice serving clients throughout California. We are currently hiring Associate Therapists (AMFT, ASW, APCC) who are looking for a supportive, flexible, and growth-oriented practice environment.
This role is ideal for clinicians who are currently seeing clients in a private practice, group practice, agency, or outpatient setting and are looking to either grow or smoothly transition their caseload into a well-supported telehealth practice.

Our practice supports continuity of care and ethical client-centered transitions. Clients are always given full autonomy in choosing their care, and we provide a streamlined onboarding process for clinicians joining the practice.
- Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Manage your schedule and caseload independently
- Collaborate with the team as needed for support and consultation
- Qualifications
- Active California associate registration (AMFT, ASW, or APCC)
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient or telehealth settings
- Comfortable working with insurance-based clients
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
