Overview
You review and approve peptide therapy prescriptions through an asynchronous workflow. All patients complete full intake before reaching you. This includes medical history, contraindication screening, and peptide-specific questionnaires. Your role focuses on clinical review, safety, and approval.
This role fits providers who want flexible, remote income with minimal admin work.
- Responsibilities
- Review patient charts submitted through the platform
- Evaluate medical history, medications, and contraindications
- Approve or deny peptide prescriptions based on protocol and clinical judgment
- Add brief clinical notes when required
- Flag any cases that need escalation or synchronous follow-up
- Maintain compliance with telemedicine and prescribing regulations
- Compensation
- $10 to $15 per approved async review
- High volume opportunity based on availability
- Fully remote, no scheduling required
- Requirements
- Active NP, PA, or MD license
- Active licenses in multiple states, priority given to providers with 5 or more states
- DEA registration, if applicable to prescribing scope
- Experience with telemedicine or asynchronous care preferred
- Familiarity with peptides, hormone therapy, or wellness protocols preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and risk awareness
- Ability to review charts quickly and accurately
- Technical Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Laptop or desktop computer, no mobile-only workflows
- Ability to learn and use EHR and async review tools
- Basic comfort with digital workflows and documentation

- Follow prescribing guidelines and scope of practice
- Maintain accurate documentation for every approval or denial
- Prioritize patient safety over approval volume

Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per hour
