This isn't a back-office support role. You'll be directly involved in strategy, motion work, discovery, and even trial preparation. Whether you're working in-office or remotely, your contributions will shape high-profile cases that impact the integrity of the legal system. What You'll Do • Take the lead on reviewing and analyzing complex legal files • Draft persuasive motions, briefs, and pleadings • Contribute to discovery, depositions, and trial prep • Identify and elevate pivotal issues in litigation strategy • Collaborate with partners who are known leaders in professional liability defense What We're Looking For • Experience in professional liability or complex litigation • Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills • Trial or arbitration support experience is a plus Perks and Compensation • Salary: $160,000 to $220,000+ DOE • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance • Flexible work arrangements: in-office, hybrid, or fully remote • Two office locations: Downtown LA and West LA Salary Range: $160,000 to $220,000 Reference: 148357 #ZR #IND1
