The Attorney Support PROS Assistant will assist local attorneys with various administrative tasks and support the global team, while ensuring confidentiality and managing sensitive information. Responsibilities Handling daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests Preserving the confidentiality of Latham’s and Latham’s clients’ protected information Generating, editing, and posting client invoices Must obtain and pass the Massachusetts Notary Public examination within six (6) months of hire and maintain an active notary commission thereafter Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains Skills Must obtain and pass the Massachusetts Notary Public examination within six (6) months of hire and maintain an active notary commission thereafter A high school diploma or an equivalent, preferably a bachelor's degree Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm Demonstrate the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus Possess the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms Benefits Healthcare, life and disability insurance A generous 401k plan At least 11 paid holidays per year, and a PTO program that accrues 23 days during the first year of employment and grows with tenure Well-being programs (e.g.
