Washington Estate Planning Document Creation Project - $2,800.00 Flat Fee.
Our law firm is seeking a highly experienced, Washington-licensed estate planning attorney to prepare a set of Washington estate planning documents for our firm use.
Applicant Requirements:
Active, in-good-standing WA Bar member with no disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.
· Minimum of 5 years of Washington estate planning experience and expert-level knowledge of Washington trusts and estates law.
· Must have personally completed at least 70 estate plans, and be thoroughly familiar with Washington statutes, best practices, and all standard forms used in Washington estate planning.
- Scope of Work (Flat Fee: $2,800):
- You will provide us with a set of editable (preferably .docx) Washington estate planning documents, including but not limited to: pourover will and will with contingent trust for minor children (single and married), revocable trusts (single and married with contingent trust for minor children), special needs trust, separate medical and financial POAs, health care directive (living will), transfer on death deed deed, digital asset consent, and other commonly used Washington estate planning forms. The documents need to be your documents, not Wealth Counsel or other documents that have copyright restrictions.
- 2 hours of consulting regarding questions we may have about the documents provided. Additional hours beyond the first 2 hours of consultation time will be paid at $150.00 per hour.
Successful completion of this engagement may lead to separate estate planning work with our firm, if desired.
