Job Description
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania estate law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to assist with conducting estate planning and estate administration consultations with prospective clients. This role is focused primarily on converting qualified consultations into retained clients.
You will meet virtually with prospective clients who have already scheduled consultations through the firm and guide them through the estate planning or probate process, explain the firm’s services, and help them decide whether to move forward with representation.
This position is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable speaking with clients, explaining legal strategies clearly, and confidently discussing legal fees.
The attorney will conduct scheduled consultations with prospective estate planning and probate clients and provide a professional, empathetic client experience. The role is focused on effectively guiding consultations toward engagement and maintaining a high consultation-to-client conversion rate.
Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual consultations with prospective estate planning and probate clients
Diagnose the client’s legal situation and identify appropriate services
Clearly explain the firm’s estate planning and estate administration solutions
Confidently present legal fees and engagement terms
Convert consultations into signed clients
Maintain excellent client communication and professionalism
Document consultation notes and outcomes in the firm’s case management system
