About the position
- Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I-II technical support for audio-visual systems and equipment.
- Configure, operate, and troubleshoot audio/video equipment for VTCs and live events.
- Collaborate with clients to determine AV needs prior to events.
- Transport, set up, and connect AV equipment for live performances.
- Test AV equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Provide technical assistance and training to end users on AV hardware and software.
- Manage Outlook calendar and ticketing system for support requests.
- Document and maintain a knowledge base of VTC processes and guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Handle after-hours on-call support as necessary.
- Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in audio-visual support and systems management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook Email Client.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to document processes and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in a Government/Military environment is preferred.
- Nice-to-haves
- Experience in videography and photography.
- Knowledge of video teleconferencing (VTC) systems.
- Post-production experience including video editing.
