Automation & Funnel Systems Specialist - REMOTE
We are looking for a high level Automation & Funnel Systems Specialist who lives inside GoHighLevel and knows how to build systems that actually convert.
This is not a basic VA role.
This is for someone who thinks like an operator.
If you can build, optimize, troubleshoot, and improve systems without being micromanaged, keep reading.
- What You’ll Own:
- GoHighLevel workflow builds and optimization
- Calendar automation and show rate improvements
- Lead nurture sequences via email and SMS
- Lead generation workflows
- Funnel building (technical + layout/design side)
- Website building and ongoing maintenance
- Email and SMS campaign setup and optimization
- Troubleshooting broken workflows and automation logic
- Domain setup, DNS configuration, integrations
- Identifying inefficiencies and improving conversion flow
You should be able to take a funnel from idea → build → automation → testing → optimization.
