<h2>Job Description</h2><div>Job Description<div>Description:<p></p><ul><li>Manage system level validation durability testing at a vehicle level including data review, issue identification, results reporting and process improvements.</li><li>Plan and conduct assigned focused development and validation tests, analyze data, and report the results.</li><li>Support vehicle conversions and integration for new/existing programs.</li><li>Coordinate with external contacts to support vehicle maintenance, design, and integration needs.</li><li>Support calibration/validation test trips through vehicle preparation and configuration control</li><li>Assist in maintaining and updating test vehicles to support product development and validation testing. Develop new test cycles and procedures when needed.</li><li>Troubleshooting of test equipment and vehicle diagnostics</li><li>Contribute to department continuous improvement activities to increase testing efficiency, reduce cost, and drive high levels of quality.</li><li>Interfaces and collaborates with Harlan Global internal resources and business partners.</li><li>Participates in planning and/or status meetings.</li><li>Promotes collaboration on all assignments.</li><li>Maintains willingness to share professional knowledge and experience with teammates.</li><li>Observes applicable procedures and standards.</li></ul>Requirements:<p></p><ul><li>Minimum 2-5 years of commercial vehicle experience related to vehicle level validation, or vehicle system design and integration.</li><li>Diagnose automotive wiring issues.</li><li>Ability to read schematics, drawing, blueprints of automotive manufacturing.</li><li>Understand AutoCAD and similar work instructions and diagrams for new electric powered vehicles.</li><li>Knowledge of commercial vehicle systems, functions, and features</li><li>Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge</li><li>Understanding of powertrain control software and calibration</li><li>Proven skills in troubleshooting electronic controls, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.</li><li>Data processing/analysis experience</li><li>Strong oral and written communication</li><li>Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency with computer operations, including Microsoft Office tools.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings required.</li><li>Experience with EV or Hybrid vehicle propulsion systems.</li><li>Understanding of high voltage electrical systems and power electronics.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering or equivalent degree/experience</li></ul></div></div>
