Other responsibilities: Auditing Timesheets for accuracy of hours, projects and pay types. Auditing for employee signatures and approvals prior to processing for Compliance and Policy restrictions. Providing accurate, friendly and professional customer service to employees working in multiple states. Providing guidance to HR business partners on State Labor Laws and timelines for payouts. Opening and closing customer cases in a timely and concise manner. Testing new programs and processes as needed, updating desk top procedures as programs change.
