- Sitting on leadership of both franchise and commercial teams
- Leading a team of driven professionals who have experience in driving top-line results via influence and collaboration
- Driving projects and initiatives that will have an impact across the business
- Helping to ideate the future of Hyatt’s franchise business model and programming
- Proactively identify and address opportunities within the portfolio
- Develop and implement commercial plans to improve share and revenue for hotels
- Conduct ad hoc consultations and follow up with assessments and action plans
- Provide in-depth analyses across multiple data sources to address hotel performance, opportunities, diagnose major problems, and identify & act on solutions
- Define and supervise key metrics for the success and health of the portfolio
- Adaptability to shifting priorities and championing change in the work environment when appropriate
- Requirements:
- 7-10 years in with a major hotel brand, a franchise operator, or in a franchise category
- Experience in limited/select service spaces
- Functional experience in a subset of sales, marketing, revenue management, digital
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Team leadership
- Proven track record of driving results in a heavily matrixed environment
