$175-225k Base + 20% Bonus

Healthcare Insurance Captive

Newly created AVP of Operations position reporting directly to executive leadership. The organization is a healthcare-focused insurance platform supporting sizable healthcare systems and operating in a lean, data-driven environment.

Ideal for someone with:
• 8–10+ years of insurance operations experience
• Healthcare insurance strongly preferred
• Captive insurance, risk management, or insurance internal audit backgrounds welcome
• Experience supporting ERM frameworks and regulatory compliance
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills
• Comfortable in a lean, roll-up-your-sleeves environment

In this role, you will:
• Lead enterprise operational planning and annual alignment with Finance
• Develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting frameworks
• Own Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) workflows
• Oversee operational components of external audits
• Formalize and document processes currently held as institutional knowledge
• Evaluate new initiatives and answer:
• Can we take this on?
• What teams are impacted?
• What are the resource implications?
• Lead PMO and Corporate Services (2 direct reports)

This is not a pure strategy role. It is not a back-office reporting role. It is a hands-on enterprise operations leadership mandate.
