Project Overview: I need an experienced Azure professional to set up reliable mapped drive access from our Azure Windows Server 2019 VM to fewer than 5 users (mix of office and remote workers). We've attempted VNet VPN configuration previously but it was time-consuming and ultimately didn't work reliably. Current Setup: Windows Server 2019 VM in Azure Data includes SQL databases and file shares Users need standard network drive mapping (like Z: drive) What I Need: Quick consultation to recommend the best approach for our scenario (Azure Files, alternative VPN setup, or other solutions) Implementation and configuration Brief documentation so I can manage it going forward Verification that all users can reliably connect Ideal Candidate: Strong hands-on experience with Azure networking and Windows Server Has successfully implemented similar mapped drive solutions for small teams Can work efficiently - I'm primarily hiring to save myself time vs. fumbling through this again Clear communicator who can explain the solution To Apply: Please briefly describe which approach you'd recommend for this scenario and why, plus your estimated hours to complete.
