- Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Work Hours: Part-Time, Flexible (EST Hours)
- Location: Remote
Who we are looking for:
We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency looking for a results-oriented SDR who is proactive, target-driven, and focused on generating new leads through outbound prospecting and phone calls to book qualified appointments for our sales team.
This is a performance-based role where success is measured by the number of qualified/booked meetings and revenue contribution, not just activity.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and build your own lead lists (LinkedIn, social media, Boolean search, etc.)
- Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities
- Reactivate old leads from the CRM and convert them into qualified meetings
- Conduct qualification calls for all booked meetings (from any source)
- Qualify prospects based on need, budget, decision-making authority, and growth intent
- Book meetings with qualified decision-makers for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including activity tracking and detailed notes
- Complete qualification checklist for every booked meeting
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the pipeline
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, objections, and campaign effectiveness
- Meet and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets
- Requirements
- 1ā3+ years of experience in SDR, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferably in digital marketing or B2B services)
- Experience working with home service businesses or similar industries is strongly preferred
- Strong cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting skills
- Experience building lead lists and sourcing prospects independently
- Confident communication and objection-handling abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
- Candidates must provide evidence of past performance (e.g., meetings booked per month, conversion rates, CRM data, or similar metrics).
- Target-driven mindset with proven results (meetings booked, conversion rates, or similar metrics)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and process compliance
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily outreach activity (calls/emails/LinkedIn)
- Number of qualified meetings booked per month
- Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
- Revenue contribution from booked appointments
- Compensation
- Base: $600 month
- Primary Earnings (Per Qualified Meeting):
- Cold-sourced qualified meeting: $250
- Old lead qualified meeting: $150
- Commission (Performance Bonus):
- 2% of total contract value
- Applies to deals ā„ $46,000
- Paid monthly as revenue is collected
- Earning Potential (High Performers)
- 10 qualified meetings: $2,500
- 15 qualified meetings: $3,750
- + 1 ongoing sale (commission): ~$1,000 ($85/mo.)
- + Base: $600
