Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive growth in the US market. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with small and mid-sized companies, especially those with high hiring volumes and HR automation needs. This role is ideal for a hunter with experience selling SaaS, HR technology, or enterprise solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate pipeline through strategic outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
- Qualify and consult with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and business owners to understand hiring challenges
- Deliver compelling demos that showcase the value of Careerswift.ai, tailored to each clientβs workflow
- Close new business deals and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Manage sales process from discovery to contract signing using CRM tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure customer success
- Provide market feedback to help shape product enhancements that address real user needs

- Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR Tech, ATS, recruitment automation, or related enterprise software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Experience working with HR decision-makers (CHRO, VP/Director of Talent)
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and CRM-driven sales process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
