Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive growth in the US market. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with small and mid-sized companies, especially those with high hiring volumes and HR automation needs. This role is ideal for a hunter with experience selling SaaS, HR technology, or enterprise solutions.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate pipeline through strategic outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
  • Qualify and consult with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and business owners to understand hiring challenges
  • Deliver compelling demos that showcase the value of Careerswift.ai, tailored to each client’s workflow
  • Close new business deals and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Manage sales process from discovery to contract signing using CRM tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure customer success
  • Provide market feedback to help shape product enhancements that address real user needs

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with HR decision-makers (CHRO, VP/Director of Talent)
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and CRM-driven sales process
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
