- Telephone B2B cold calling in the events sector
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads thoroughly
- Set appointments for strategy and consultation meetings
- Maintain contacts in the CRM
- Provide feedback to the team: objections, patterns, what works and what doesn't
- Requirements:
- Experience in B2B telephone prospecting or cold calling
- Able to handle objections and reliably secure appointments
- Work in a structured, reliable and independent manner in a remote setup
- Basic marketing knowledge is a plus
- Very good German language skills on the phone
- Benefits:
- Base pay: €16 per hour
- Commission 1: €30 per qualified appointment that takes place
- Commission 2: 2% of payments from the first 3 months per deal — paid only on actual received payments; capped at €350 per deal
