This is not an entry-level sales role.
We are looking for experienced appointment setters and sales professionals who are comfortable with outbound calling, speaking with business owners, and following a structured sales process.
Our company provides lead generation and digital marketing services to businesses across multiple industries. Demand for our services continues to grow, and we are expanding our outbound sales team.
We are currently hiring both appointment setters and closers.
Appointment setters focus on outbound outreach and qualifying business owners who may be interested in our services. Qualified prospects are then scheduled or passed to our closing team.
Closers handle the sales conversations and closing process. Closers receive recurring commissions for the life of the customer accounts they close.

- Responsibilities
- Make 150–250 outbound calls per day to targeted business owners
- Introduce our services and identify potential interest
- Qualify prospects using our criteria
- Book qualified appointments or pass warm prospects to closers
- Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up activity
- Consistently meet daily outreach and performance expectations
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Applicants must have prior experience in at least one of the following:
- Appointment setting
- Outbound sales
- Business-to-business (B2B) sales
- High-volume call environments
- Lead generation or marketing sales
This role requires individuals who are comfortable on the phone, can handle objections, and can consistently make a high volume of calls each day.
This is not a training role for someone looking to learn sales from scratch.

- Strong communication and objection-handling skills

- Able to follow a proven process and execute consistently
Compensation
This is a commission-based role with uncapped income potential.
Closers earn recurring commissions for the life of the customer accounts they close, creating the potential for strong long-term income as accounts continue to generate revenue.
