Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced BA/Data Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and data engineers to design data models and support reporting and analytics needs. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, data modeling, and translating requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements for analytics and reporting use cases.
• Collaborate with data engineers and modelers to design data models that support BI and analytical needs.
• Create and manage data mappings, source-to-target documents, and logical data models.
• Work with BI tools to validate reports and ensure data quality.
• Support UAT and ensure requirements are met by the delivered solution.
Requirements:
• 7–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a data-focused environment.
• Strong skills in SQL, data analysis, and requirements documentation.
• Proven experience designing or contributing to dimensional and relational data models.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
