We are looking for an to support us with . This role is strictly focused on Baidu’s ecosystem and requires hands-on experience, not theoretical knowledge.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience working directly with (百度推广) and / (百度统计).
Review and optimize our existing Baidu Ads account or assist with new account setup
Implement and validate conversion tracking using Baidu Tongji (百度统计)
Ensure accurate tracking for form submissions, key events, and lead conversions
Verify account structure, conversion goals, and attribution settings
Provide clear documentation and screenshots confirming successful setup
Advise on Baidu best practices related to tracking, compliance, and optimization
Proven, hands-on experience with Baidu Ads (百度推广)
Strong knowledge of Baidu conversion tracking and Baidu Tongji
Understanding of ICP requirements and Baidu ad compliance is a strong plus
Ability to communicate clearly in Chinese and English
Prior experience working with international or SaaS clients is preferred
Google Ads–only or Meta-only marketers
PPC generalists without Baidu-specific experience
Candidates who have never used Baidu Tongji
One-time setup with potential for ongoing Baidu optimization support
Open to hourly or fixed-price proposals based on experience
