Supporting Branches Across the Region
As a member of our Retail Support team, you'll play a vital role in assisting our branches across the region. You'll work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide top-notch service to our clients.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Ā A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in cashiering, customer service, or balancing.
Ā Basic knowledge of banking concepts, including math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and bank products.
Ā Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ā Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner.
