BCBA or BCaBA – Hybrid (Telehealth & In-Home)

At T.R.A.C., we’re a small, mission-driven in-home ABA company based in Michigan, dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to our clients and their families - and we’re looking for the right behavior analyst to join our team in a hybrid capacity.

Administrative support to handle scheduling, insurance, and documentation.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (under BCBA supervision if BCaBA).
Provide supervision to RBTs and ongoing training to staff.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client progress.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
Monitor and adjust programs based on data and progress.

BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (depending on certification level).
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable working with families in their homes and via telehealth.
Prior in-home ABA experience is a plus, but not required.
