Inspira Labs is a Web3 accelerator and venture studio. We've helped portfolio companies raise $50M+, built a network of 200+ VC partners, and work with ecosystems like Avalanche, Linea, ChainGPT, 0G Labs, and CMC Labs.
We're looking for a BD Lead to own and scale our growth pipeline ā from L1/L2 ecosystems and VCs to infrastructure integrations and research collaborators.
What you'll do:
ā Source, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with ecosystems, protocols, and funds
ā Build and maintain a structured pipeline (Notion CRM) ā from first touch to signed collaboration
ā Co-develop partnership frameworks and co-marketing proposals with ecosystem teams
ā Coordinate cross-functional delivery with research, content, and product teams
ā Represent Inspira Labs at events, on calls, and across Telegram/Twitter channels
ā Identify co-investment and co-acceleration opportunities within the partner network
What we're looking for:
ā 4+ years in BD, partnerships, or ecosystem development in Web3
ā Existing relationships with L1/L2 teams, VCs, or launchpads ā a strong plus
ā You understand the accelerator/venture studio model and can speak to founders and fund managers equally well
ā Proven ability to move from cold outreach to structured collaboration frameworks
ā Comfortable working async, across time zones, in a fast-moving remote team
ā Strong written English ā you'll be drafting proposals, not just talking on calls
Nice to have:
ā Experience with Notion, Miro, Figma, or CRM tooling
ā Exposure to tokenomics, TGE processes, or fundraising strategy
ā Background in research, content, or community ā we value range
