Role Overview

We’re seeking a driven BDR/SDR & Appointment Setter to be the engine behind our sales pipeline. Your role is to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, then book high-quality sales appointments for our closing team. This is a proactive, high-energy, results-focused role ideal for someone who loves turning cold leads into warm opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect & Research: Identify and research potential leads within our target markets using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Outreach: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.) to connect with decision-makers.
  • Qualify Leads: Engage prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions.
  • Set Appointments: Book qualified meetings for the sales/partnerships team, ensuring smooth handoff.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
