Position: Behavior Technician / RBT
All Training Provided | Onboarding Incentive Available
T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI).
- This role is ideal for teachers, tutors, CNAs, caregivers, and individuals looking for a meaningful career in behavioral health.Availability during afternoon and evening hours is preferred.Responsibilities
- Provide in-home behavioral therapy following individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and document behavior and progress data accurately.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic home-based environment.
- Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary team members. Requirements
- High School Diploma (proof and transcripts required).
- Resume and completion of onboarding documents.
- Up-to-date negative TB test.
- Credentialing documentation per state requirements. What We Offer
