- Requirements:
- Reside in PA, FL, MD, VA, or WV
- Be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Have a proven customer service background
- Enjoy helping others and working as part of a team
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
- Have a pleasant and polished phone voice
- Demonstrate above-average spelling skills
- Type at least 40 words per minute
- Meet work-from-home requirements, including:
- High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
- A separate, quiet workspace free from noises and distractions
- Be flexible and able to work the required schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday 3p-11p Eastern. Flexibility Required)
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (a requirement of employment)
