Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Specialist to join our growing remote team. As a key representative of our company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our bilingual clientele across various platforms. This remote role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are fluent in both English and one additional language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese preferred). Your communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in supporting our clients and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
