WORK FROM HOME - CONTRACT TO PERMANENT CLIENT HELP DESK REPRESENTITVE BILINGUAL (FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH) β’ *MUST LIVE IN THE MONTGOMERY AREA AS TRAINING WILL BE HELD IN MONTGOMERY PRIOR TO BECOMING FULLY REMOTE.** Onboarding will be over teams/remote. We have a team training in Montgomery that will be 1/5-1/9 that we will bring the entire team to Montgomery for training. Check in on 1/5 by 4:30 pm and Check out 1/9. Training will be 08:00 am to 05:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Meals are provided as well as hotel stay. Travel to the site is not reimbursed. Schedule: 10:00 am -07:00 pm Central Time Monday-Friday. Pay: $17.50 per hour to start with benefits once hired. Responsibilities: β’ Provide telephone, email, and online chat support to clients through the Client Help Desk. β’ Collaborate with Client Account Managers to assist with client issues and internal processes and procedures. β’ Β· Manage high-volume data entry and project-related inquiries as requested. β’ Conduct web training sessions for clients to support the Client Account Manager Team. β’ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure operational efficiency. β’ Assist the Senior Manager of Client Services with special projects. β’ Represent us to government and public sector entities in a positive and professional manner. β’ Monitor all listings to ensure compliance with high-quality standards and best auction practices. β’ * Requirements: β’ Associate degree and prior experience with government agencies preferred β’ 4+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment. β’ Must have a valid driverβs license and clean driving record β’ Must be proficient in CRM Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and data entry (Skill testing will be required) β’ Β· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is preferred. β’ **This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in an area with reliable high-speed internet service and cellular phone coverage. Additionally, candidates must ensure a quiet work environment during business hours.
