- Manage high-volume inbound calls and execute outbound calls for appointment scheduling.
- Provide exceptional service while demonstrating a clear, professional phone voice.
- Efficiently utilize multiple digital systems and platforms simultaneously.
- Commit to continuous learning and adaptation to new software and processes.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure accuracy in all interactions, directly impacting patient scheduling and service delivery.
- Requirements:
- Fluency in both English (with an American accent) and Spanish is mandatory.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong work ethic with a demonstrated capacity for independent work and self-sufficiency.
- A consistently positive, upbeat, and collaborative attitude.
- Comfortable with high call volumes and prolonged phone usage.
- Availability to work one of the following 40-hour weekly shifts:
- Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST
- Tuesday - Saturday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST
- Tuesday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST
