Monday - Friday - 10:00AM - 7:30 PM (Eastern Time)
Saturday - 8:00AM - 2:30 PM Sunday- OFF
- Minimum experience of 1 year in customer service

Primary responsibilities and functions:
Primary focus is to use office computer systems to take customer calls, assign technicians, and create routes..
- Responsible for coordinating routes and schedules for technicians
- Monitoring routes, ensure that they are met on time
- In charge of monitoring and responding to customers via social networks, emails and website
- Customer attention
- Follow up with customer, ensuring they are satisfied with the service and payment has been collected.
- Learn basic knowledge of the different geographical areas of South Florida.

We offer:
- Monthly salary of $8,000-15,000 (Base) - TBD
- Opportunity for long-term employment
