Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Administrator / Accounting Assistant to support our administrative and payroll functions. This position is part-time and fully remote, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. This position requires a strong understanding of financial concepts.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be residents of and currently located in Arizona.
- Responsibilities
- General office communication: handling emails, messages, and follow-ups
- Create and send weekly invoices based on timesheets
- Work with ADP payroll system (enter new employees, maintain data, process timesheets)
- Assist with onboarding and basic employee records
- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support as needed
- Skills
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum 2 years of office administration and/or HR, accounting experience.
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines
- Proficient in email and general office communication
- Based in Phoenix, AZ (remote work only)
- Hospitality background is a plus, but not required
- Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time: ~15 hours per week
- Fully remote (no office visits required)
