You will combine your billing expertise with data accuracy and effective communication to support innovative AI-driven processes in a dynamic remote environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process and validate billing and posting transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with AI developers to provide feedback and training data for billing automation models.
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently using billing software and basic Excel functions.
- Ensure timely management and reconciliation of accounts and invoices.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies or errors in billing records.
- Communicate complex billing processes and documentation clearly, both in writing and verbally.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal AI tools and workflow optimizations.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in billing, posting, or related data entry roles.
