- Built or operated a blockchain or crypto-based sportsbook
- Hands-on experience with: On-chain or hybrid (on-chain / off-chain) betting architecture
- Smart contracts for wagers, settlement, or escrow
- Odds feeds and oracle integrations
- Risk management and exposure controls
- Crypto wallets, custody, and transaction flows
- User accounts, KYC, AML, and compliance-adjacent systems
- A platform that: Reached live users, beta, or production readiness
- Struggled due to lack of capital, liquidity, or distribution—not engineering
- Interest in integrating into a larger platform rather than rebuilding alone
- Creative problem solver who can courageously propose and support new ideas to our organization.
- Ability to adapt.

- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and general growing pains of an early-stage technology company.
