About Us:
We are Colorado Construction Services and Sevens Holdings LLC — fast-growing companies in real estate, construction, and property management. We’re looking for an experienced bookkeeper to manage accounting across multiple entities with flexible, part-time hours and long-term potential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts
- Run payroll through Gusto
- Track hours using Clockify
- Manage books in QuickBooks Online
- Perform monthly and quarterly closings
- Maintain property financials in Buildium
- Track subcontractor COIs and manage 1099s
- Handle construction job costing and CAPEX tracking
- Support audits and tax preparation
- Requirements:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience (preferably in construction, real estate, or property management)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Google Sheets/Excel
- Familiarity with Buildium and Clockify (or willing to learn)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-managed
- Able to work 20–30 hours/week (flexible schedule)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple LLCs or entities
- Job costing and construction billing familiarity
- Prior COI and vendor compliance experience
- Schedule & Compensation:
- 20–30 hours/week
- Remote or hybrid (Denver preferred, but not required)

- Compensation based on experience
