Job Description
- This is a remote position.Schedule:
- Part-time (4 hours/day, Monday-Friday)
- Specific schedule: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST
- Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts for multiple property management clients (approximately 20 buildings)
- Facilitate regular payments to vendors including weekly garbage collection services and other recurring building maintenance providers
- Perform data entry tasks related to property management financial records
- Process payments for each individual building's separate bank account
- Collaborate with existing virtual assistant team member during overlapping work hours
- Participate in building and refining business systems and processes
- Provide real-time support and communication during business hours for systems-related questions
- Requirements:
- Experience with bookkeeping software, preferably QuickBooks (Buildium software training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
- Availability to work during EST business hours (specifically 12-4pm or 1-5pm time slot)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to property management industry processes
- Scopes:
- Part-time position starting at 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday
- Potential to expand to full-time role as business grows
- Work schedule aligned with existing team member (12-4pm or 1-5pm EST)
- Focus solely on client portfolio bookkeeping (not company's own real estate investments)
- No payroll responsibilities or onsite property staff management
