About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant with strong experience in bookkeeping. This role involves supporting a US-based client with day-to-day financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
β Record and categorize daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
β Manage expense entries, reimbursements, and receipts
β Reconcile bank and credit card statements
β Generate standard financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
β Assist with payroll entries and client invoicing
β Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation
β Coordinate with the clientβs CPA or accounting team when needed
Requirements

β 1β2 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping, specifically with QuickBooks
β Familiarity with US accounting standards and bookkeeping practices
β Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
β Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
β Clear written and verbal communication
Willingness to work during US hours (night shift)
