• Responsible​ ​for​ ​the​ efficient ​setup​ ​of​ ​all​ ​equipment​ to be delivered to customer locations.​


• Ensure​​ ​proper​ ​documentation of ​ ​accessories,​ ​supplies,​ ​and​ ​equipment serialization.


• Troubleshoot​ ​failures​ ​and​ ​repairs​ ​for​ ​copier/fax/duplicators​


• Excellent ability to work through remote applications i.e. email, google scan, remote data entry.


• Able to multitask data entry update​ ​and​ ​enter​ ​all​ ​new​ ​information​ ​regarding​ ​installation and delivery ​calls.


• Ability to drive a box truck, extended drive time to exceed 2 hours one way.


• Meet all installation/delivery deadlines


• Work within a team and customer focus culture.


• Other duties as assigned

• Physical​ ​strength​ ​and​ ​agility​ ​sufficient​ ​to​ ​perform​ ​the​ ​work​ ​of​ ​this​ ​class.


• Must​ ​be​ ​able​ ​to​ ​travel​ ​within​ ​company​ ​service​ ​area​ ​on​ ​a​ ​daily​ ​basis​ ​to​ ​various​ ​customer​ ​sites​ ​by automobile​ ​or​ ​truck​ ​or​ ​to​ ​approved​ ​training​ ​locations​ ​via​ ​company​ ​authorized​ ​transportation.


• Requires​ ​frequent​ ​kneeling​ ​and​ ​bending​ ​and​ ​considerable​ ​use​ ​of​ ​hands​ ​and​ ​tools.


• Frequently​ ​requires​ ​moving​ ​or​ ​lifting​ ​of​ ​more than ​50​ ​pounds.


• Use​ ​of​ ​ladders,​ ​forklifts​ ​and​ ​other​ ​heavy​ ​transportation​ ​machinery.


• Ability​ ​to​ ​use​ ​hands​ ​for​ ​fine​ ​manipulation​ ​of​ ​tools​ ​necessary​ ​to​ ​repair​ ​equipment.


• Must​ ​adhere​ ​to​ ​safety​ ​procedures,​ ​rules,​ ​and​ ​best​ ​practices.

• Ability​ ​to​ ​understand​ ​and​ ​execute​ ​oral​ ​and​ ​written-instructions


• Establish​ ​and​ ​maintain​ ​effective​ ​working​ ​relationships


• Technical​ ​ability ​to​ ​set​ ​up,​ ​maintain,​ ​repair,​ ​troubleshoot​ ​and​ ​refurbish​ ​multifunctional​ ​devices​


• ​Analyze​ ​information and demonstrate effective decision making skills


• Ability to work independently and remote while meeting all deadlines


• Adapt to organizational changes and processes

• High School Diploma.


• Valid State Driver's license and good driving record.


• Must be able to meet all employment background screening requirements required by AD Solutions and its clients (including state and local governments, municipalities, school boards, and childcare facilities).
