THE ROLE
As a Junior Brand Manager Assistant, your job is to support day-to-day brand operations and help bring our product and marketing ideas to life. This is a doer roleânot a strategy roleâso expect to be hands-on, focused on execution, and learning fast.
Youâll work closely with the Brand Manager and other team members to ensure things are running smoothly and our customers are happy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Support: Help organize new product ideas, improve instructions, and keep projects moving forward.
Customer Feedback: Monitor customer comments and reviews, and highlight common issues or ideas for improvement.
Market Research: Keep an eye on trends, research competitors, and come up with fresh ideas.
Community Support: Assist with replying to product-related customer questions and engage with brand communities online.
Marketing Tasks: Support content creation and help execute marketing initiatives (e.g., sourcing visuals, drafting simple copy, etc.).
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Youâve had some exposure to e-commerce, branding, or customer experienceâinternships, freelance gigs, or personal projects all count.
Youâre super detail-orientedâtypos bug you and you like things done right.
Youâre tech-comfortableâyou can handle tools like Google Sheets, project management platforms, and online research.
You own your tasksâif somethingâs yours, it gets done.
Youâre curious and coachableâyou take feedback well and want to keep getting better.
Bonus if you have basic design or copywriting skills!
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

A brief assessment to understand your working style and team dynamics. Aligned with the OCEAN (Big Five) framework to support well-rounded collaboration.
Introductory Call with Talent Acquisition (15- 20 min)
An opportunity to learn more about each other, discuss your background, the role, and our company culture.
Final Interview (20-30 )
A conversation with the Hiring Manager and HR to explore your expertise, alignment with the roleâs vision, and answer any questions you may have.
Reference Check
Conducted as a final step to confirm previous experience and ensure a strong mutual fit.

Weâll provide timely and transparent feedback, regardless of the outcome.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
⏠500- 550 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.
âPlease note that this role is based on a freelance agreement.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
âThis role is 100% remote.
At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we expect hires to be available during at least 5 hours of typical working hours in the EET time zone to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
This requirement does not apply to part-time roles.
